About Our Cooking Classes

Cooking classes are tailored to beginners with a very hands-on approach for learning French cuisine. Lots of tips are shared to ensure as much success as possible when the participant makes the recipe on their own to share with loved ones.

Classes are held in Concord, NC and surrounding areas. Private and/or customized classes may be held on site (i.e. your personal home, a business location) or in Chef Anne’s personal home depending on size of the group.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The class schedule will be promoted a month in advance when they are offered. You can check the website or our socials for the class schedule.

  • Class length depends on the menu, but most classes are 2 hours long.

  • Absolutely! You will be provided with the recipes to take home with you. The goal of the class is to have you walk away feeling confident in your ability to prepare at home. That being said, practice makes perfect! I’m sure you can find some volunteers to taste test your concoctions.

  • Yes, please let us know upon registration so we can prepare accordingly.

  • You will be provided with an apron, clipboard, pen and the recipes to take notes on if you’d like. For certain classes you may come prepared with storage containers, but I will let you know if this is needed.

  • Students must be at least 8 years of age, but this may depend on the particular class you are interested in. Please reach out with any questions.

  • Please send an email, call or text to reserve your spot! Pre-registration is required at least one week prior to the class date. We want ensure we have enough ingredients on hand for each participant to enjoy their experience.

  • Payment for each class is due in full upon registration. Venmo or Zelle are accepted.

  • If a participant cancels at least four days prior to the class date, a full refund will be given. After that we are unable to offer refunds as ingredients and materials have been purchased for the event.

Ooh la la! French Macaron Making 101 (Two dates available below)

Who doesn’t adore these lovely, classic French treats. We will make two different springtime flavors; Strawberry Lemon and Vanilla Blueberry. Everyone will take a few home after the class to share.

Dates: Saturday April 18th 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM and Saturday May 30th 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Cost: $55/per person

Fresh Pasta Made by You

In this class everyone will have a hands-on experience making pasta from scratch, Baguettes and a home-made sauce to enjoy together towards the end of class.

Date: Saturday May 2nd 3:00 PM - 5:30 PM

Cost: $65/per person

Real Thai. Real Simple.

In this class we will prepare and explore the flavors of Thai cuisine. We will make Thai meatballs with Coconut rice, a simple cucumber salad and home-made baguettes. Everyone will sit down to enjoy the meal together.
